I can’t recommend Melissa Gibbard highly enough. She was incredibly attentive and always responded almost immediately, no matter the time or question. What really stood out to me was how much she cared about making sure I was making the right choice — not just any choice. She pointed out flaws I might have missed and never rushed me through the process. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail, especially with the plants in the backyard. She went out of her way to make sure they were safe for my horses, which meant the world to me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the property and the people (and animals!) involved.
